    You can buy our products from our nearest dealer. In addition to that, as Midas Detectors, we provide shipping to all over the world.

    Can I order online?

    Our website is available for ordering from online. However, before purchasing one of our products, we recommend that you either contact us or reach out to our dealers to acquire information in order to get the most out of our products. To provide the best service, it is our priority is to give necessary information through phone or e-mails.

    Where can I get technical support for the product?

    To get technical support for the product, it is sufficient to contact your dealer. If technical support is provided within the dealership, your dealer will perform this operation. In all other cases, Midas Detectors Technical Support will carry out the necessary actions for you free of charge under warranty.

    Maintenance Service

    The technical support department gives you free maintenance service for our products under warranty period of 2 years. There is a maintenance fee for devices that have exceeded the warranty period.

    Our company offers technical support for all the  products we are selling, in case there has been any malfunction in electronic system.

    Quality Assurances and Service Guarantees

    We will address any issues resulting from technical malfunctions or production errors. However, it's important to note that our service does not cover faults or problems arising from product misuse.

      Delivery Costs For Orders From The Online Shop?
      • We offer several different delivery methods based on the delivery adress. You can get our products either from a nearby dealer to not deal with shipment details, or from our online shopping platform. Please take note that if you purchase the product through our shopping platform, shipping costs will be covered by us.
      How long will delivery take?
      • Depends on the location and available shipping options. We recommend purchasing from a local dealer if possible while getting a brief information to get the most out of our products.
      What exactly happens after ordering?
      • If order requires shipment, we will send you the necessary details for you to track your order and shipment. If you see any problem with the shipment you received, please carefully document the details for us to help you regarding the matter.
      What if there are missing or broken pieces?
      • If you encounter with any missing or broken pieces, please carefully document it with the assistance of shipment service provider and send us the details. We will help you with the matter.

      WARRANTY TERMS

      What are the Warranty conditions?

      We offer 2 years of warranty for our products. Our products are carefully checked and tested by our experts before shipment so that our customers can receive products that are fully functioning and without any problems. Warranty conditions for specific products will be included in their manuals for more detailed situations.

      ORDERS AND REFUND

      How is the recipient refund ?
        • Reimbursing process details will be determined by the conditions explained in the Terms and Services Form.
      Can I be refund through the original payment method?

      Reimbuse process and conditions will be determined based on the product, payment option and circumstances described in our Terms & Services. If you are eligable for reimburse, we would gladly fulfill your reimburse request.

      Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

      We are always restocking our warehouses on weekly basis. If, by any chance, your desired product is out of stock at that moment, it should arrive to us in roughly a few days and ready for shipment.

      How can I buy the product?

      MYRA LRL device is available through our shopping platform for purchase. 

      Where can I get technical support for the product?

      As Midas Detectors, we provide technical service support to Myra LRL device. Please don't try to fix the device on your own. Only send the problematic device to authorized technical services. Even simply removing the tape from case of main unit is enough for voiding your warranty. 

      What should I pay attention to when purchasing the product?

      Please make sure that you are purchasing the right product for your needs. For detailed information, you can check out our product videos from here: https://www.youtube.com/@midasdetectors/videos. Please double check the package contents and device details.

      How can I find out if the person/organization I bought the product from is a dealer?

      Licensed dealers will have dealer authority to sell original products which are properly sealed and kept in good condition.

      • Yes, our work days from Monday until Friday 9:00 till 18:00 on Saturday from 10:00 till 15:30.

      • All our device is easy to used and carry and it’s easy to handle by anyone because it is uncomplicated.
      • 8 – DO YOU HAVE GUARANTEE THAT I WILL RECEIVE PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS ?
      • Yes, we guarantee the arrival of the device, and the safety of arrival will be our responsibility, if you receive a product with a problem, please document the issue properly. we will look into the matter and asist you with best way possible.
      • 9 -IS THERE A MAINTENANCE AVAILABLE FOR PRODUCT ?
      • Yes, we provide technical services for products we manufacture or distribute. In case of problems caused by user, there will be a repair fee.
      • 10 – IF MY DEVICE IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
      • You must reach out to us directly to explain the situation and provide pictures of the issue in order to send the device for maintenance. After we received the device, we will provide technical support for your device. Then, your product will be sent to you within a maximum of 21 work days unless specified otherwise.
      • 11 – DO YOUR DEVICES DETECT ALL SIZES ?
      • Myra LRL can detect targets as long as they are at least bigger than a single coin.
